Obama said today that the government will bundle payments to doctors based on how well the doctors are doing their job. Who is he to "reward" doctors? They work and they get paid!

The question about when does Obama have time to read his mail? I have thought about that before and realized he doesn't.
He has people who answer phones, keeps talleys, and who read his mail. These "PR" folks choose which ones are beneficial to the president's latest agenda and which ones aren't.
Every president does it. Obama just does it more because he has to stay in the limelight.
